Horse legs are extremely vulnerable and prone to injuries. Sometimes leg protection can be too tight or cause the horse’s legs to become too warm. Exterior:
The exterior features a hard shell that optimally protects the inside of the fetlock against brushing. Additionally, the exterior is covered with highly breathable mesh to keep the horse’s legs fresh and cool.

Lining:
The protector is lined with our specially developed Air Liner, a thermo-formed lining. Due to the composition of the material, the lining has optimal properties. The lining provides an extra shock-absorbing effect because of the air trapped in the spaces created by the material’s composition. During impact, the air is pressed out through the extremely breathable lining and ventilation holes. This way, your horse is optimally protected against shocks.

Closures:
The right closures are also very important. If the protector is too loose, it can cause chafing, but if it is too tight, it can restrict blood flow. The wide double Velcro closure is very sturdy and can be fastened in the right place for a perfect fit.
