Equitop Pronutrin

Complementary feed to reduce stress reactions in horses.


Equitop Pronutrin® is given to reduce stress reactions in the horse’s stomach, for example before or during periods of high performance, with high concentrate feed intake, feed changes, temporary feed reduction or decreased appetite, during transport, foal weaning, hierarchy conflicts, or as support during surgeries and illness. Equitop Pronutrin® contains 77% Apolectol®, a patented complex of plant fibers, glycerol, and lecithin.


The supplement is recommended for all horses at risk of developing gastric ulcers. You can also use Equitop Pronutrin®:

• As additional support during treatment initiated by the veterinarian;
  
  
• During periods of increased stress, such as transport, surgery, and weaning;
  
  
• During periods of training and performance.

  Dosage and administration:
  
  Oral administration, mixed with regular feed. Graduated measuring cup of 125 g.
  
  
  
  Recommended daily dose:
  
  50 g/100 kg body weight, divided into 2 equal portions, mixed with the feed (half the dose in the morning and the rest in the evening).
  
  If the horse has difficulty accepting Equitop Pronutrin®, you can gradually increase the dose to the normal amount over a period of 2-3 days.
  
  For nursing foals, the recommended dose can be mixed with 3 volumes of lukewarm water. After 2-3 minutes, the resulting slurry can be administered directly into the mouth using a syringe or a plastic bottle.
  
  Use within 2 to 4 weeks. It is recommended to consult a veterinarian for prolonged use.
  
  
  
  Storage:
  
  Bucket must be tightly sealed and stored in a dry, dark place at a temperature below 25°C.
